I am a Jordanian woman, a wife, and a mother of three, who has majored in Electrical Engineering at the University of Jordan and worked for 11 years in Royal Jordanian Airlines. At the age of 33, I decided to follow my passion for art and handicrafts, and changed the path of my career by establishing the local brand “Mix & Match Handicrafts”. It was one of the early brands in Jordan that started manufacturing handmade home accessories with an eastern twist. The name of the brand reflects the identity as you can select different products and mix them together to match your taste. We work with plexi, wood, leather, textile, pottery and embroidery, and we customize everything, which is why we are usually targeted by personalized gifting as well as corporate gifting.
أنا أردنيَّة، زوجةٌ وأمٌّ لثلاثة. تخصَّصتُ بالهندسة الكهربائيَّة في الجامعة الأردنيَّة، وعملتُ مدَّة 11 عامًا في الخطوط الجوِّيَّة الملكيَّة الأردنيَّة. وفي سنِّ 33، قرَّرتُ أن أتبعَ شغفي بالفنِّ والحرف اليدويَّة، وغيَّرتُ حياتي المهنيَّة رأسًا على عقب بإنشاء العلامة التجاريَّة المحلِّيَّة ‘‘Mix & Match Handicrafts’’، وكانت إحدى أولى العلامات التجاريَّة في الأردنِّ التي بدأت بتصنيع الإكسسوارات المنزليَّة المصنوعة يدويًّا بلمسةٍ شرقيَّة. يعكسُ اسم العلامة التجاريَّة الهُوِيَّة، حيث يمكنك اختيار منتجاتٍ مختلفةٍ ومَزْجها معًا لتُناسبَ ذوقَك. نحن نعمل بموادَّ عدَّة مثل البليكسي والخشب والجلود والمنسوجات والفخار والتطريز، ونبتكر تصاميمَ مخصَّصة بحسب الطلب. لهذا نشعرُ بأنَّنا من الوجهات المرغوبة لاختيار الهدايا الشخصيَّة وهدايا الشركات أيضًا.
