For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for jewelry. In March 2016, I decided to customize something unique and different for two of my closest friends. Fully inspired by emotion, love for aesthetic design, cultural heritage, and the art of personalized gifting – my creative juices started flowing and my vision of combining Arabic calligraphy with a “heartbeat shaped font” came to life – the “Lifeline Collection”. It had occurred to me right then that I was about to venture into something so different. In 2019, I officially launched our physical space in Amman, giving our local customers the chance to meet the designer and experience the brand firsthand. My goal is to build In A Heartbeat into a hugely successful business, with the aim to create everyday fine jewelry that celebrates one’s self expression and individuality, and of course, through it, drive positive social impact within our community. Watching the brand evolve – to where it is today “a jewelry company specialized in personalized and everyday fine jewelry” has been magical in every way.
كان عندي طَوال ما أذكر من حياتي شغفٌ بالحليِّ والجواهر. في آذار/مارس ٢٠١٦م، قرَّرت تصميمَ شيءٍ مميَّزٍ ومختلفٍ لصديقتَين عزيزتَين. استلهَمْتُ الفكرةَ من المشاعر والحبِّ للتصاميم الجميلة، وذلك من الإرث الثقافيِّ وفنِّ الإهداءات الخاصَّة، حيث تدفَّقتْ أفكاري الإبداعيَّة، ورحتُ أتصوَّر فنَّ الخطِّ العربيِّ على شكل تخطيط نبضات القلب، وهنا نفَّذتُ تلك الفكرة وأطلقت على هذه المجموعة اسم ‘‘لايف لاين’’. وفي تلك اللحظة، عرفتُ أنِّي سأغامرُ في شيءٍ جديدٍ تمامًا. في عام ٢٠١٩م، أطلَقْنا رسميًّا أوَّل معرض لنا في عمَّان، لنعطي عملاءنا المحلِّيَّين فرصةَ مقابلة المصمِّم وتجرِبة علامتنا التجاريَّة مباشرةً. هدفي هو بناء ‘‘إن أ هارتبيت’’ ليصيرَ عملًا تجاريًّا كبيرًا وناجحًا، مع ابتكار قطع راقية يوميَّة تناسب العملاء وتعبِّر عن الذات وتعكس الشخصيَّة، مع تَرْكِ أثرٍ إيجابيٍّ في المجتمع. مشاهدةُ هذا المشروع ينمو إلى ما وصل إليه اليوم (شركة تُعنى بتصميم جواهر شخصيَّة مناسبة للاستخدام اليوميّ وصناعتها) كان أمرًا مبهرًا وساحرًا على نحوٍ لا يوصَف.
This necklace is part of our Lifeline Collection. It is a customized name made of 18k gold and blue enamel. This collection redefines the concept of customized jewelry. The customer is very involved in the design process and has endless options to choose from, making each item unique. We’ve designed hundreds of items and not one item is identical to another! We are proud to say that this collection celebrates individuality allowing the customer to reflect their own style making our personalized collection very special.
